Foundation for the Weak

This group is focused on exploring the Bible in order to create a firm foundation and find practical application in our daily lives. 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "Yet the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and set you on a firm foundation and guard you from the evil one."

Connect, Pray, Grow

This group uses "The Upper Room Daily Devotional Guide." The mission of The Upper Room Daily Devotional Guide is to provide a practical way to listen to scripture, connect with believers around the world, and spend time with God each day. This group is committed to connection, prayer, and growth. Matthew 18:20, "For where two or more are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."

Outreach ministries

Food Pantry

The food pantry provides meat, produce, canned goods, and dry goods for the community. We order 1,000 pounds of food per month, and food is available on a first come first serve basis. You simply arrive, pull a number at the gate, and relax in your cars until 12:30pm when you can receive your food! We also provide coffee and snacks for individuals as they come to the food pantry. We are committed to providing an open, friendly, and compassionate food pantry for our amazing community!

Discipleship ministries

God Sows So Good

“God Sows so Good”, is about doing good things for the community, outreach to those in need, and fellowship among all. This group enjoys spending time together, crafting together, and sharing love by giving their time and gifts in many different ways to others who are part of the church, current and past, and to people outside of the church community, sharing Gods love with all. This quarter they are sewing shoe box ministry bags. You do not need to know how to sew to join the effort! There are many other steps (cutting, ironing) to making the bags. Many hands make light work. Hebrews 13:16: "Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God."

W.I.S.E. Ministry

This group is for people that are aged 50 and older. W.I.S.E. stands for Wisdom In God, Supporting and Encouraging. This group meets every week on Wednesday mornings at 9:45am in the church's Fellowship Hall. Each week there is a time of food, study, discussing God's word, and praying and caring for one another.

Bykota Ministry

This group is focused on fellowshipping with people in the older adult ministry. The name Bykota stands for Be Ye Kind One To Another and comes from the scripture Ephesians 4:32. This group takes trips together in order to promote fellowship. They travel to places throughout Alabama and Florida. The group has gone on cruises, gone to fairs, gone to museums, and gone to so many other fun places!
